In the eyes of experts, 30 minutes of intense physical exercise can do wonders for you; it does not means rigorous workouts. Swimming, dancing, cycling, jogging etc are highly enjoyable and effective forms of exercise. Shuffle your exercising agenda and make it as interesting as it can get. Some easy ways to accomplish fitness are-

  • Take stairs instead of elevators.
  • Plan out weekly outing with friends.
  • Clean your house
  • Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk


    to the office.
  • Take a brisk walk when you get the urge to snack.
  • Take interest in gardening and carry your own groceries.
  • Prefer playing games instead of watching T.V.

"No pain no gain" exercise alone can't do wonders for you, but a slight change in lifestyle along with exercise can lead to astounding consequences. Change your eating habit; avoid junk food and high cholesterol food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables; they are exceedingly nutritious and easily digestible. Drink a lot of water and fresh juice.

"There is no shortcut to success" Diet Pills claim to reduce weight at an enormous speed, but what about the long term effects??? Diet pills are definitely fast in reducing weight but once you stop taking them you restart gaining weight.
