GeoTrust™ has certified that NeverStopTrying.com is a secure site. This certification means that your transactions are secure and that the information that you provide is encrypted, protecting against third party tampering. GeoTrust is an independent organization that provides secure server technology and reviews and certifies e-commerce sites.

Security

When placing an order over the internet with NeverStopTrying.com, all of the information being sent during the checkout process, such as your credit card number is secure. Our Secure Server uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption making your credit card purchases extremely secure. The credit card number that you use to make purchases on-line will be used to obtain credit authorization for the transaction and will be protected by encryption.

Our new main processor is Google Checkout, we have found this to be a more secure way for our customers to do transactions. 

Privacy

NeverStopTrying values its customers and their privacy. We collect information about our customers to improve customer experience.

NeverStopTrying requests email addresses from our shoppers in order to send emails confirming orders and shipment. In addition, we encourage you to subscribe to our Newsletter, which contains the latest information, product promotions and NeverStopTrying announcements sent by email. Promotional email is only sent after you specifically request such information.

NeverStopTrying respects the privacy of email users and does not share email addresses with anyone.

When shopping on the NeverStopTrying website, you may be cookied. Cookies must be enabled on your web browser to use our shopping cart in some cases. Without a cookie, the shopping cart cannot remember which products you have selected to purchase. Your product selections are stored on our servers, not on your computer. When you are ready to check out, your cookie identifies the merchandise you added to the cart. This cookie contains no personal information about you and no one but NeverStopTrying can retrieve the cookie.

Phone numbers, if provided during the ordering process, will not be used for any purpose other than resolving order issues. NeverStopTrying does not share phone numbers with anyone.

address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the
